Lead a four-engineer squad responsible for mobile and web applications.
Define architecture and develop new platform services and features.
Technically coordinate React Native and React Web development, ensuring quality, scalability and consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with product and design on feature definition and UX prioritisation.
Mentor and coach squad engineers, spreading engineering best practices and continuous architectural evolution.
Plan and track feature delivery, aligning technical execution with business goals.

Led the React Native mobile app, sharing most of the codebase between Android and iOS.
Built the web version using React Native Web, enabling significant code reuse across platforms.
Implemented core platform features: appointment scheduling, payments and wallet, dependants, benefits and subscription management.
Built a modular white-label architecture allowing partners to ship customised versions of the app.
Integrated with clinic management systems via AWS Lambda serverless services.
Built a service connecting medical scheduling with the company's HelpDesk, improving customer service speed and reliability.
Built a backoffice application as a control centre for managing platform services.
