Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives across payments, wallets and crypto-financial infrastructure, fostering a culture of quality, innovation and technical excellence.
Define architecture and lead implementation of critical systems supporting business scalability, with high availability, security and performance.
Design and evolve financial infrastructure powering digital wallets, payments and blockchain transactions — including backend services for transaction processing, ledger consistency and high-volume financial operations.
Partner directly with product, compliance and executive leadership to align technical decisions with strategic goals, regulatory requirements and business needs.
Mentor and coach engineers, drive engineering best practices, code reviews and continuous architectural evolution.
Active participation in hiring, performance reviews and team development — contributing to hiring decisions, promotions and structured team growth.
Help organise and scale the engineering team, structuring processes, defining technical priorities and distributing responsibilities.

Led development of a global crypto-based financial platform enabling multi-currency operations and supporting international expansion.
Architected and implemented a card authorization and ledger system at 99.9% availability and <50ms latency.
Integrated and evolved payment infrastructure with non-custodial wallets and DeFi protocols including Aave, OpenDollar, BRLA, Uniswap and Circle CCTP.
Built a multi-user control system with on-chain permissioning, enabling secure operation of smart wallets across teams.
Designed payment processing systems with high transactional volume and elevated availability.
